These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of services provided by The Agentic Force ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), including AI communication systems, automation infrastructure, and related software services.

By accessing our website, purchasing services, or using any deployed system, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

The Agentic Force provides AI-powered communication infrastructure designed for aesthetic clinics and MedSpas, including but not limited to:

• AI voice agents
• Website engagement systems
• CRM automation
• Review generation systems
• Communication workflow automation
• Analytics dashboards
• Consultation booking systems

Services are provided on a subscription and/or setup fee basis as specified at the time of purchase.

We strive to maintain continuous system availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system updates, third-party providers, or technical issues beyond our control. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Use services lawfully and ethically
• Maintain control of login credentials
• Ensure compliance with local marketing and communication regulations
• Obtain consent where required for messaging or automated communication

Clients remain responsible for all communication sent through deployed systems.

Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once deployment begins. Late payments may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

Clients may cancel services at any time unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement. Upon cancellation, access to systems will be discontinued and data retention follows our Privacy Policy. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of Terms, misuse of systems, or non-payment.

All software, systems, workflows, and infrastructure developed by The Agentic Force remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deployed systems for business operations only. Clients may not copy system architecture, reverse engineer software, or resell services without authorization.

We process data according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that AI systems may process communication data, data may be stored securely for operational purposes, and third-party integrations may be used.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Agentic Force from any claims arising from client business operations, communication sent through systems, regulatory violations, or unauthorized use of services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Agentic Force operates.
